实验型单效降膜蒸发机组
工艺说明:原料经流量计进入蒸发器,在真空泵和热源加热的作用下,负压蒸发。被蒸发气体进入分离器分离后,进入冷凝冷却器冷却。浓缩液达到浓缩比例时,放料。通过调整真空度或加热温度来调整蒸发温度和溶液温度。

Process Description: The raw material feeding into theevaporator throuch the flowmeter, then vacuum evaporating under the effect ofvacuum pump and the heating sauce. The evaporated vapor will goes into thecooling chamber for chilling after separated in the sepatator. Startingdischarge when the concentrated liquid reached the concentration tation,Adjusting the evaporation and liquid temperature by vacuum or heatingtemperature.
短管式降膜蒸发器的特点:
1、避免物料“干壁”现象。蒸发器由于采用了物料分布器,从而避免了因降液密度不足导致的“干壁”现象。
2、传热快,节省能耗,浓缩度高,蒸发强度大,提高了料液浓缩的浓度。
3、蒸发器适用于热敏性、非热敏性以及高浓度的物料浓缩。再稍作调整,可用于结晶废液的处理。
Characteristic of short tube type fallingfilm evaporator
