刮板薄膜蒸发器是我公司**研制开发用于中药提取液浓缩制备大比重浸膏的专用设备,浸膏**终浓度比重可达到约1.3。
工作原理:
物料经预热进入蒸发器,生蒸汽进入蒸发器夹套,将料液加热沸腾,物料中水分汽化,二次蒸汽汽液分离,经除沫器消泡后由冷凝器冷却成液体进入回收罐,**不凝气真空泵带走,浓缩液则进入浓缩液储罐。
产品特点:
1、采用刮壁式旋转刮板,使浓缩罐的传热面积及时更新,保证物料不会长时间的粘附在传热面上,使设备保持较高的传热系数、蒸发强度高。
2、旋转刮板使浓缩罐内的物料不停的搅拌翻动,物料受热均匀,避免了物料局部长时间受热而焦糊、碳化,保证了**质量。
3、刮板式真空浓缩罐结构合理,有较大的蒸发分离空间,减少了汽液夹带现象,成品收率高,且低温下完成蒸发全过程,浸膏的色泽好,质量好。
4、出料时旋转刮起板能将附着在罐壁上的浸膏完全清理干净,降低了消耗,保证了出膏率。

Working Principle:
The material will flow into the evaporator afterpreheated, the raw steam enters into the evaporator jacket, the liquid materialwill be heated and boiled, the moisture in the material is vaporized, and thesecondary steam vapor and liquid are separated, after defoaming by the dimisterand cooling by condenser, it will go into a recovery tank. Finally, thenoncondensable gas will be taked away by vacuum, and the concentrated liquidwill enter into storage tank.

1. The uses of scrapping wall type rotaryscarper makes the heat transfer area of the enrichment tank undate in timely toensure the material does not adhere to the heat transfer suface for a longtime, so that the equipment maintains a high heat transfer coefficiency andhigh evaporation intensity.
2. The material in the scraper concentrationtank keeps stirring and turning, and the material is heated evenly, whichprevents the material from being burned and carbonized for a long time andensures the high quality of medicine.
