高光蒸汽模温控制机是采用高光蒸汽，当注塑机合模后吹入高光蒸汽，首先打模具温度提高到一个设定值，然后开始给模腔注射塑胶，在注塑机完成保压转入冷却后，开始注入冷却水，模具温度很快下降到一个设定值后开模，再向模具吹入空气把冷却水完全吹走，完成整个注塑过程。阿科牧**开发的高光蒸汽模温控制机，整机备有高光蒸汽模温控制机和冷水增压系统，并增加了热水和冷却水回收系统，节能效果显著，利润也相当可观，这是阿科牧高光过热水模温控制机的优势所在。
