HiQ EVOLUTION is the world抯 first and only ultrasonic welding machine that features a fully protected workspace with an efficiency increasing automatic start feature. Manual start activation is no longer needed, therefore reducing expensive non-productive time. The operator can concentrate on preparing, loading, unloading and further finishing of the part. The product-dependent effective work stroke selection also reduces additional non-productive time and saves compressed air.
The Quick Change System - no tools needed (TCS-ntn) enables the ultrasonic sonotrode stacks to be changed in a flash without the need for tools. Glare-free workspace illumination and the innovative SoftTouch mode, where the sonotrode is gently moved on to the plastic part to be welded, are other features of this revolutionary machine. It抯 the perfect combination of precision and efficiency!
