电子束焊机特点

电子束焊属于高能束焊接的一种，它与其它焊接方法的对比可以从图2中清楚地看出，电子束焊接特点如下：

焊接时不需要填充焊丝或其他材料；
超精密焊接，焊接深度可在0.05～100mm范围内**控制；
焊缝深宽比大，中压焊机可达25:1以上，高压焊机可达到60:1以上；
热影响区小，使焊后工件变形小；可进行数控精密焊接，能焊接复杂几何形状； 
焊后不需要进行焊缝表面处理和加工，大大减少机加工工作量；
焊接速度快，效率高，特别适合大批量生产；
可焊接各种金属，包括不同种金属和难熔金属；
由于焊接是在真空中进行，还可采用扫描搅拌焊接，因而有利于焊接过程中气体杂质的排出，且焊缝表面光亮美观、无氧化现象。

Electron beam welding is one of high一energy beam welding methods. The comparison with other welding methods can be clearly found in Fig. 2. The characteristics of electron beam welding include:

口 It is unnecessary to fill welding wire or other materials while welding;
口 Super-precision welding, the welding depth can be precisely controlled in the range 0.05一100mm;
口 The ratio between depth and width of welding seam is large, and it can reach 25:1 for medium pressure
口 welding machine, and 60:1 for high pressure welding machine;
   Small thermal impact area, little deformation of workpiece after welding; can make numerical control
口 precise welding, can weld complex shape;
   It is unnecessary to make surface treatment and processing after welding, so work volume of machine processing can be greatly reduced;
口 Quick and efficient welding, specially suitable for batch production;
口 Can weld various metals, including different metals and refractory metals;
口 For welding is made in vacuum, and it can also weld with scanning mixture, it is beneficial to emit gas impurity in the course of welding, and surface of welding seam is clear and beautiful without any oxidation
